I have worked across the pu blic and private sectors; across health policy makers, payers and providers and with new market entrants such as technology & data companies, retail & tra nsport organisations, as well as health start ups. I specializes in leading complex programs such as enterprise wide transformation, reconfiguring health economies, redesigning funding models, commissioning new hospitals, scaling virtual care delivery and market entry strategies.
In my global role I lead our preeminent thought leadership on the Future of Health & Health Outlook . This explores global market trends to 2040, the use of innovative technologies, new pricing models, industry convergence & disruption, contemporary models of care and th e f uture workforce.
I am humbled to have been invited to participate on the World Economic Forums’ Futures Council on Healthy Ageing & Longevity and am currently serving on the Global Lung Cancer collaborative supported by the Union for International Cancer Control (UICC).
I am especially proud of leading the multi year collaboration program between Deloitte & the World Economic Forum on Disruptive Technologies in Mental Health and the collaboration with the WHO, IHF & the Geneva Centre for Sustainability to build and maintain a sustainability and climate dashboard for the healthcare industry to deliver insight and catalyse collective action.
