Jacqueline has responsibility for leading on mobilisation at Circle Health. This means she is responsible for the commissioning and operationalizing of new hospitals, new clinics and new services, nationally and internationally. Jacqueline combines 10 years of public and private sector executive experience with 25 years of day-to-day operational delivery to lead on mobilisation, property, procurement, transformation and HR for large scale programmes.

Jacqueline has a track record of delivering multi-million pound projects including mobilisation of the Nottingham NHS Treatment Centre, award-winning Bath Private Hospital, Reading Private Hospital and £600m Private Finance Initiative for acute and mental health facilities as the Deputy Project Director and Associate Director of Nursing at University Hospital Birmingham.
