Creative engagement specialist Ellen Nowak is a Programme Manager at CUH Arts, the award-winning arts team at Cambridge University Hospitals. She has pioneered an artist-led approach to including the voices of patients and staff in the design of new hospitals, with a focus on creating humanising environments that feel personal and relevant to the communities they serve.
